Who is responsible

This website is run by Ali Buikni, CRM Specialist. I work as an independent freelancer, not as a company. For any question about your data, use the contact form on this site or message me on WhatsApp.

What data I collect

  • Contact form: your name, last name (optional), telephone number and email address, the language of the page and the page you sent the form from.
  • WhatsApp: if you choose to message me, I receive your number and your messages. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and handles your data under its own privacy policy.
  • Technical data: like every website, the hosting server records the IP address, browser type and time of each request in its logs.
  • Analytics, only if you agree: Google Analytics records which pages are viewed, the type of device and the approximate location. See the Cookie Policy.

Why I use it

  • To answer your request and to prepare an offer or a consultation, at your request.
  • To keep the website secure and working (server logs).
  • To understand how the website is used and improve it, only with your consent.

I do not sell your data, and I do not use it for advertising by others.

Who receives it

Your data is handled by me and by the service providers that make this website and my work possible, such as hosting, email, analytics (only with your consent) and the tools I use to manage enquiries. If you contact me on WhatsApp, that service handles your data under its own terms. Some providers process data outside your country; they are bound by their own data protection terms.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and for any work that follows. You can ask me to delete your data at any time, and I will do so unless the law requires me to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to limit or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. Where I rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country. The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the stored enquiries is limited to me. No system is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
